SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with DHL Express. DHL Express is a reliable, fast and trackable shipping service. Delivery time is 2-7 business days depending on the destination.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free DHL Express shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $25 applies.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
All orders shipped outside of Europe are considered international. The prices on our website are shown excluding VAT (Value Added Tax). International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional clearance fees and VAT may be charged by the shipping carrier. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all additional charges. For further information regarding potential charges, please contact your local customs office.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all countries in Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently offer shipping to that destination.

DELIVERY DELAYS
While we ensure all orders are dispatched promptly from our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance. We will, however, do our best to assist you should any issues arise.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
